You can change your password at any time from the command promptby typing "passwd". You will be asked about your new password and askedto type your new password again for verification. Please remember yourpassword, we will have to change it if you lose it.

Security is an important concern on our server. Please be aware of all the security features you set up on the server. Please think about your password before creating it. Some good questions to ask are,

• Does it contain a least one number?
• Is it at least 6 characters in length?
• Is it a real word? Is that related to you?

The best answers would be yes it does have both letters and numbers. Yes it is over six characters in length. No it is not related to me and is just a bunch of nonsensical letters.
